The Source revealed another design for the Night of Owls crossover today. Capullo's new design will appear in Batgirl and is from the 1940's. Capullo had this to say about the design:
Scott’s direction was she was an African-American female. I freely admit that the design of the breastplate was inspired by the fact that she had breasts.
