While it most of the news relating to The Batman Universe was announced on Monday, many people are still wondering what will actually happen in some of the books announced. One of the surprises was that Jason Todd will in fact have an ongoing series and will be leading a team of vigilantes. Newsarama had a chance to talk with the writer of the newly announced series, Scott Lobdell. Here are the highlights from the interview.

DC Comics announced via io9 where exactly Tim Drake will be after the relaunch.
Teen Titans #1
Tim Drake is forced to step out from behind his keyboard when an international organization seeks to capture or kill super-powered teenagers. As Red Robin, he must team up with the mysterious and belligerent powerhouse thief known as Wonder Girl and a hyperactive speedster calling himself Kid Flash in TEEN TITANS #1, by Scott Lobdell and artists Brett Booth and Norm Rapmund.

So rumor had it that DC was supposed to announce the titles of all the Bat-books today. Well, that rumor ended up being true as twelve titles were named between IGN and DC's The Source.
