More word on Osterley Park House to become Wayne Manor has hit the net via Batman-News.com. There is also word that Alfred may be getting admitted to a hospital. Anne Hathaway spoke very briefly about The Dark Knight Rises. Also more of the possible viral marketing videos hit YouTube and if end up being true (which I think this is fake) could present a spoiler.

No actual delays to comics this week but we finally get an excuse from David Finch as to why 'The Dark Knight' is so far behind schedule. Well, I say excuse; basically he says it's all his fault as writing took a lot longer than expected. On the plus side, at least this shows that Finch actually cares about what he's writing; if he focused solely on the art and just pieced together a story to get the book out on time we might end up with…

A number of rumors have hit the net in the past day including more shooting locations, "a key villain" and more viral marketing. According to Highland News, the production company for The Dark Knight Rises has signed a deal with the Inverness Airport. there is little known about the deal other than the footage will be shot in the next couple of weeks. Over at Batman-News.com, they came across a tweet by the Mayor of Newark, New Jersey that says that he has met with some of Nolan's team to discuss possible scenes being filmed there as well. It was…

When Tom Hardy was cast as Bane in the long-awaited sequel, The Dark Knight Rises, to our favorite Bat-film, The Dark Knight, as a Bat-fan, I was very excited. Hardy is yet another Brit whose acting abilities will certainly bring a renewed fervor to yet another villain from Batman’s extensive Rogues’ gallery. It makes me think back to Batman and Robin when Jeep Swenson played Bane, the dim-witted Venom-fueled super-soldier created by Smallville’s own Lionel Luthor, John…

According to Variety, two more actors have been cast for The Dark Knight Rises. Brett Cullen and Chris Ellis are said to appear in the film. According to Variety's Jeff Sneider, Cullen will play a judge, while Ellis will play a priest. This did hit the net yesterday, but after TBU offices closed. Posted by Dustin Fritschel
We first start off with an interesting one regarding the teaser trailer for the film. According to a number of people who work at theaters across the country, a teaser trailer for The Dark Knight Rises should be attached to the final installment of the Harry Potter franchise which hits theaters in July. This does match up similarly with what happened in 2007 with the teaser for The Dark Knight. so this could end up being true. The other one is a bit that shows that there are still people out there trying to screw with people. Ain't…

Even though we had some pretty big news today, there are still some rumors on the radar. First up, Variety is reporting yet more cast members for The Dark Knight Rises. Matthew Modine, Tom Conti and Joey King have been said to have smaller roles in the film. Modine is said to be playing a character called "Nixon". Pure speculation on my part says that maybe we see Joey King playing Babs in the film. We saw it in The Dark Knight with Gordon's children growing up and we can probably expect that again. Next up, we have some…

Among our growing throng of Bat-fans, there is a question we all have posed each other at one point or another. Who’s the better Joker? I mean, really?! Can you truly compare these performances? I set out to do just that, kids. I watched both films, having seen them numerous times, and paid attention to only Jack and Heath. Though, I should point out that in order to appreciate either of their performances you must also be looking at the performance of their respective Batman. Obviously, I started with Tim Burton’s Batman. Heath was sure to have at least…

We heard before that Alan Aboutboul would be playing a role in the film, but for the most part that was considered a rumor. Well, until now. It appears that Aboutboul has been spotted near the area that Chris Nolan is currently filming the film. Photo via ComicBookMovie.com Posted by Dustin Fritschel
So despite all the rumors floating around yesterday about a possible large action sequence occurring, there is nothing to report about that. However, there are a couple of other things to go over. First up, over at ComicBookMovie.com, they have posted a video from someone that taped some footage from the location that filming is happening. While nothing is shown, we do hear the person filming refer to a lady in a pink dress. While there is nothing really to take from this at this point, it is worth mentioning.
