While Heath Ledger's portrayal as the Joker will never be forgotten, that doesn't mean we can't have a reminder every once and awhile. Thanks to Chris for sending this over. Posted by Dustin Fritschel

Over the long Thanksgiving Day weekend for those of us in the states, there was a few new rumors/releases that hit the net.
Some of these may not be actually considered rumors, but confirmed information but none of them have been released or announced by Warner Bros.
First up, we told you about the Empire issue that has a huge feature on The Dark Knight Rises a little over a week ago. Well, it appears that a number of…

With all of the news earlier today from Empire, what rumors are there to talk about? Plenty. First up is an update on the new trailer and the prologue. Chris Nolan confirmed himself that there is a prologue that is six or seven minutes long. He did not mention when it will be released, but did say that it sets up Bane in a big way. As far as the trailer goes, Jeff Sneider over at Variety mentioned this on

Shooting for the film may be over, but that doesn't mean that the rumor mill has stopped. If anything, it is just beginning to pick up steam. MTV, who is known for their hard-hitting journalism when it comes to people related to the Batman films, recently interviewed Liam Neeson. Neeson played Ra's al Ghul in Batman Begins and was linked to a previous rumor back in June. Here is what was said.
The guys over at CollegeHumor have posted yet another Batman parody video, this time focusing on Batman choosing his voice. Posted by Dustin Fritschel

Once again Sean Hartter has sent over another great image in the form of another faux movie poster. This one is for The Dark Knight Rises and features Bane in has a grindhouse feeling to it. What do you think? Posted by Dustin Fritschel

Over the weekend, the massive fight scene that we have mentioned in the past took place in New York City. While it may look like this is almost the exact same fight scene we saw in Pittsburgh, there are some differences. Most of the videos are user-submitted with the images from ComingSoon.net. It appears that it is Bane versus Batman with the GCPD on Batman's side and henchman galore on Bane's side. It seems that it is an old-fashioned…

“From here, you can’t see the enemy.” This is what Bruce Wayne thinks to himself as he flies into Gotham City, upon his return after years abroad. And yet, this story is not alone about Bruce Wayne. No. This story is also about the other half of Batman. The law-abiding half. Batman always holds himself to the law and its rules, despite his blatant disregard for vigilantism. Of course, this is in reference to Lieutenant James Gordon. At…

With filming happening in New York on location, a number of images and videos were bound to surface. So without giving anything major away, here are some of the highlights from Saturday, Sunday and today. First up is a video of a scene that was filmed in Los Angeles featuring a shootout in an alley. Not sure of the significance, but it seems that it is a tactical move.

So filming has begun in New York City for The Dark Knight Rises and there are already pics flooding the net about what is going on. With a large action shot happening in New York, what else is going on? Well, one thing is for sure, Wayne Enterprises has a new location. It appears that Trump Tower in NYC has become the new location for Wayne Enterprises. Superhero Hype posted this image of the transformation.
