Comic Book Resources has reported some new information about the upcoming Death of the Family crossover. According to an email sent from Diamond Comic Distributors, which deals as the middle man between the comic publishing companies and the retail stores, there will be special die-cut over covers.
In a separate email, Diamond also announced the addition of a “die-cut, cardstock overcovers” by Greg Capullo spotlighting the Joker for the following “Death of the Family” crossover issues: Batman #13, Batgirl #13, Catwoman #13, Suicide Squad #14, Batman and Robin #15, Detective Comics #15, Nightwing #15, Red Hood and the Outlaws #15 and Teen Titans #15.
For those who might no know what a die-cut over cover is, you can see an example of one that was done during Batman: Knightfall in the 1990's.
