    DC has announced today over at Yahoo.com that they are starting production on a new documentary film that will focus on the villains of the DC Universe titled, "Necessary Evil: Villains of DC Comics." The film will will explore over seven decades of villains that have caused problems for the heroes of the DC Universe, and will be narrated by non other than Christopher Lee, who of course has played numerous villains himself.
