DC’s newest animated feature is one I wish I’d read in graphic novel form. However, the only time I’ve encountered the Elite, as they refer to themselves, were as members of the Justice League Elite. Manchester Black is leader of the Elite, but the JLE was headed by his sister Vera Black. Both of whom appear in this animated film. Black is one of the most enigmatic and interesting characters from the DCU, and I felt it an excellent…

Bat-Book Delays is back! And with the usual culprits. Most important would be the delays to 'Batman: Arkham City' so I'll cover those first. As most of you will know, 'Batman: Arkham City' #4 was due for release tomorrow, well Paul Dini has slipped back into his 'Streets of Gotham' habits and that is no longer the case. You can now expect the issue out a week later on the 6th July. As well as this, #5 has also been pushed back a week from the 27th July to…

Batman-News.com has posted up some information that shows that filming for The Dark Knight Rises may be moving to the UK next. Here is what they had to say. I’ve received word from multiple sources that The Dark Knight Rises will be filming next week on St. John Street in London. The shoot will last about four days, from May 16th until the 20th. Local businesses in the area have been told that they’ll hear gunshots during this time. It’s likely that they’ll film at The Farmiloe Building on St. John Street — this was used as the Gotham…

So there were a number of different things that popped up over the weekend and today. First up, according to Badass Digest posted a brief story regarding the filming in Jodhpur and has determined that it might be because of Ra's al Ghul. They also have a source that says that they are currently looking to cast someone for the role of Ra's wife. My sources – who have been pretty good so far – tell me that they’re casting Ra’s Al Ghul’s wife right now. We may get a serious look back at the life of Ra’s. So this does…

Today the internet was taken by storm by a windshield repairman presumably in England. Uh…? What? Well, it seems that Tom Hardy needed his windshield repaired while he is prepping for shooting of The Dark Knight Rises. The person who fixed the windshield happens to have a Twitter account and posted up this pic. This was supposedly taken within the last day or two at a location where The Dark Knight Rises will be shooting. We…

DC and the Internet
As you may have heard The Dark Knight has arrived on Facebook and you can now stream it to your PC for three dollars. I can see the reasoning behind this choice with the growth in streaming and pirate downloads means that film companies need to adapt, to change to stay ahead of the crowd and still maintain their profits. Facebook has also always wanted to be a jack of all trades and expand and so by having movies on their website this allows them to expand and enlarge challenging…

This seems to be the first image we have of the British cast for Batman Live with their costumes, taken from 'The Evening Standard' newspaper in England- I say British cast because I believe the cast will change for every country, maybe even more regularly in large countries like America. There's also a little more about what to expect in the show but nothing really new. Overall I think the costumes look pretty good but the bat-suit does remind me a little of "George…
