Hawk & Dove continues to be written by Sterling Gates and illustrated by Rob Liefield. The issue continues from the end of the last scene, where Condor and Swan had overtaken the dinner at the White House. Condor currently has a hold of the President. Dove tries to calm everyone down, but Hawk decides he'd rather jump in and attack Condor. They tussle until Secret Service arrives. When they're both instructed to stand down, Condor's teeth go pointy and he bites the head off one…
