Among our growing throng of Bat-fans, there is a question we all have posed each other at one point or another. Who’s the better Joker? I mean, really?! Can you truly compare these performances? I set out to do just that, kids. I watched both films, having seen them numerous times, and paid attention to only Jack and Heath. Though, I should point out that in order to appreciate either of their performances you must also be looking at the performance of their respective Batman. Obviously, I started with Tim Burton’s Batman. Heath was sure to have at least…

While the Nolan Batman films have done many terrific things with the film franchise, one of the best things about the two films is how well the Nolans and David Goyer have been able to choose the correct supporting characters to inhibit their Batman Universe. Mainly the villains; each villain they have chosen has carried much more dramatic weight and meaning to the films. After Christopher Nolan's announcement that The Riddler will not be in the upcoming film, The Dark Knight Rises, many fans now are scratching their heads wonder who will be villain? Well before I run down the…

Two things to mention about Batman 3 today. The first is an interview that was done with Michael Caine. We know that Caine always seems to say things even when he doesn't know what he is saying is for sure. BBC Radio did an interview with him and asked him about Batman 3. He replied that he believes it will start filming in May 2011. He also mentioned that the only ones who know who the villain will be is Jonathan and Chris Nolan. Speaking of Chris Nolan, over at Empire Chris confirmed that he will in fact…

Hero Complex, a blog on the LA Times website, posted up an interview with Chris Nolan today. Besides talking about the status of Batman 3, Nolan also discussed his role on the new direction of the Superman franchise. But, this is a Batman website, so let's cover the Batman news. Nolan mentioned various things relating to Batman 3. Here are some of the key points. It has been quite some time since we at TBU brought you any kind of Batman 3 news. Mostly because, there hasn't been much. But it seems that we still might not be that far off from an announcement. In December, we posted up that a number of producers involved with DC projects were saying that news was coming soon from Warner Bros. The news could not come soon enough for most fans. Over the…
