Over the weekend, the massive fight scene that we have mentioned in the past took place in New York City. With filming happening in New York on location, a number of images and videos were bound to surface. So without giving anything major away, here are some of the highlights from Saturday, Sunday and today. First up is a video of a scene that was filmed in Los Angeles featuring a shootout in an alley. New York Comic Con is just around the corner. We are hoping to cover everything related to The Batman Universe straight from the convention. So the next rumor to hit the net comes once again from Batmanonfilm who has said that their source has stated the following: "And so it begins! They are doing a plate shot in a helicopter over New York City this week. Apparently, Chris Nolan wants to get the city with snow on the ground." So yet another rumor has hit the net about filming locations for The Dark Knight Rises. This one may have some significance. Romania Insider posted up an article stating that Nolan visited Bucharest in December to scout locations for his upcoming sequel to The Dark Knight. The article goes on to say that Nolan had discussions with Bucharest's mayor about a number of filming locations including the historic district and Edgar Quinet Street.
