In my first report from the Boston Comic Con I spoke of the fans. That dedicated throng that populates these events. In this second installment I’d like to touch on one of the main reasons they come to these cons, the artists and writers. Boston isn’t a huge Con. I haven’t been to San Diego but judging by all reports I’d say Boston is probably i/32nd its size. So here is my report on a very eventful first day at Kapow. Firstly, it seems the event had plenty of coverage with the Business Design Centre packed full of punters from the start. Inside the building we had the IGN arena as your first point of call with video games set up, sofas to chill out on and watch some of the newest movies, plus a stage with IGN events on all day. Further through the building we had the regular floor with loads of…

On the 9th and 10th of April 2011 Mark Millar's attempt to bring the San Diego Comic Con experience to the UK will begin. Millar (the writer of Kick-Ass and a major comic book celebrity himself) has got plenty of surprises in store for all the attending fans with loads of panels, Q & A's and celebrity guests turning up from the world of film, TV, games and comics. I'll be reporting back for TBU to give you an insight into what's going on at Kapow…

Yesterday, Warner Bros. held their Batman: The Brave and the Bold panel and there was some sad news to start with. The show will be moving into it's final thirteen episodes this coming year. That will bring the total number of episodes to sixty-five. That is the same number of episodes that The Batman had as well. The difference is that The Batman was spread out over five years while Batman: The Brave and the Bold will only be on air for three because of the first two seasons having twenty-six episodes a piece. Besides that we were treated…
