A couple of interesting rumors hit over the extended weekend. The first is an image from NolanFans.com that shows a interesting creation being built in Scotland. Could this have to do with Friday's rumor of a new vehicle for Batman?

Well it appears that you may have another shot at being in The Dark Knight Rises besides being a football player as reported yesterday. The site BeinaMovie.com has posted details on how you can be a fan at the football game taking place in Pittsburgh this August.
The scene we're in will be a football game, but not just any football game. We'll be cheering on the Gotham Rogues as they take on their rival team the Rapid City Monuments.

Over the weekend, there were a ton of rumors to hit the net. And although some of them are not considered rumors, we are grouping them in because of the lack of news involved in the information. Also some of these may be spoilers for some, so proceed with caution.
First up, Batman-News.com posted up some exclusive set photos of Wayne Manor and what appears to be a graveyard on the premises of Wayne Manor. It appears that we might be seeing an iconic scene of Bruce in the graveyard his parents are buried at.

A number of rumors have hit the net in the past day including more shooting locations, "a key villain" and more viral marketing.
According to Highland News, the production company for The Dark Knight Rises has signed a deal with the Inverness Airport. there is little known about the deal other than the footage will be shot in the next couple of weeks.
Over at Batman-News.com, they came across a tweet by the Mayor of Newark, New Jersey that says that he has met with some of Nolan's team to discuss possible scenes being filmed there as well.

When the press release was issued describing that production on The Dark Knight Rises, one question was asked in regards to their announcement; why are we just hearing about The Dark Knight Rises filming in Scotland? Well, we received the answer today via The Daily Record.
Glasgow is to be transformed into Gotham City in the latest Batman film sequel.
Shooting has already begun in London and Croydon and will head north for several scenes early next month.

Warner Bros, has released an official press release for The Dark Knight Rises stating that filming has begun.
