A member over at the SuperHeroHype forums has posted up some new promo art from The Dark Knight Rises. None of these have been seen before and gives an idea of what some merchandise could be using.

The merchandise for The Dark Knight Rises is starting to emerge as we get closer to the release of the film in July. A couple of months ago, information was released about a remote control toy vehicle by Mattel. The vehicle is called the Bat and Time to Play has a great review of the toy in video form.

While it was thought that the flying vehicle in The Dark Knight Rises may be called the Batwing, it appears that that would have been too simple. Wireless Goodness came across an FCC filing from Hot Wheels for a radio-controlled version of the craft. As seen below, it clearly names it as "The Bat".
