Review Roundup ver 2

Below you will find brief descriptions of this week’s comics along with the ratings. Below the main TBU titles will be the DC Universe specific titles that feature characters from The Batman Universe. Rather than giving in depth reviews for those titles, we will be describing what happens in the book involving TBU characters and how it possibly impacts the story.

Main TBU Books

Batman: Rebirth #1: With a new interpretation of Calendar Man plaguing Gotham with seasonal spores, Batman enlists Duke Thomas in what can only be expected as the much hinted at Lark. Lucius Fox explains that Bruce has regained his wealth and company and Batman promises a new approach on things. -Matthew 3/5

Batman Beyond #13: The latest issue continues the story of Batman verses Rewire. We get a glimpse of Terry’s quest to find the fate of Red Robin and Tim’s quest to find Rewire. We learn that Rewire is not the same person Barbara knew but a surprising twist that he is Terry McGinnis himself. -Jim 4/5
