Below you will find brief descriptions of this week’s comics along with the ratings. Below the main TBU titles will be the DC Universe specific titles that feature characters from The Batman Universe. Rather than giving in depth reviews for those titles, we will be describing what happens in the book involving TBU characters and how it possibly impacts the story.


TBU Books:


Batman and Robin Eternal #20: Orphan (David Cain) and Poppy score a major victory for Mother in the battle at Spyral against Dick Grayson, Helena Bertinelli, and their allies. 4.5/5


Robin: Son of Batman #9: Damian looks in on Bruce Wayne and after dealing with some low-level villains, moves into the Batcave with Goliath. 4/5


Harley Quinn #25: Harley heads to Arkham to rescue a friend but has an inevitable run in with Joker. Can Harley resist the evil machinations of the clown prince? 4/5


Poison Ivy: Cycle of Life and Death #2: Poison Ivy is embroiled in the investigation of the death of a friend and colleague as intrigue swirls around the Gotham Botanical Garden Laboratory. 3/5


Titans Hunt #5: The story of the original Teen Titans continues. Nightwing, Donna Troy, and Gar start to look for answers in the town. Roy and Gnarrk visit Roy’s addiction counselor, Lilith, and run into Hawk and Dove. 4/5


Injustice: Gods Among Us-Year Five #4: While Batgirl rescues Catwoman from Killer Croc, Batman and his remaining allies go toe to toe with Superman and some Regime members. After their escape, the Rogues launch a series of guerilla attacks for Batman’s Insurgency. At Regime Headquarters, Hawkman returns demanding Hawkgirl return to Thanagar but spousal “disagreements” ensue. 3/5


DC Universe Books:


Secret Six #11: Batgirl visits the Six to warn Strix of an imminent attack by the League of Assassins.


Superman: American Alien #4: Clark meets a young Dick Grayson and has a surprise for the mysterious Batman.
