Below you will find brief descriptions of this week’s comics along with the ratings. Below the main TBU titles will be the DC Universe specific titles that feature characters from The Batman Universe. Rather than giving in depth reviews for those titles, we will be describing what happens in the book involving TBU characters and how it possibly impacts the story.


Main TBU Books

Detective Comics #949: As Batwoman and Batman attempt to take down Colony Prime, information is passed to Jacob Kane forcing him to call a truce with Kate for the time being. -Ian 3.5/5


Batman Beyond #4: As Terry and Dana escape the Jokerz, Dana realizes that Terry is Batman. This realization has to put on hold however, because Joker’s body has gone missing and Bruce Wayne may be involved. -Jim 4.5/5


Batgirl #7: As Babs returns back to Burnside, change is in the air as we briefly see a number of the old supporting characters and build towards a new mystery involving the son of Penguin. -Ian 4/5

Batman ’66 Meets Wonder Woman ’77 (digital chapters #1-2): After a book is stolen, Bruce recalls a story from his childhood that involved Ra’s al Ghul, Talia and Wonder Woman. -Gerry 4/5


Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures #3: The Turtles and the Bat-Family take down Poison Ivy and Snakeweed only to be split up and face Scarecrow. -Paul 4/5

Teen Titans #4: As Damian faces Mara, the Teen Titans try to figure out why he chose to sacrifice himself. -Ryan 4/5


Suicide Squad #10: After Rustam threatens Amanda Waller’s family, the Squad takes her daughter into custody to prevent her from being harmed. -Corbin 3/5


Justice League vs Suicide Squad #6: The event comes to a close as Batman and his team of misfits are able to stop Eclipso. -Bill 3/5

Deathstroke #11: Jack Ryder, also known as the Creeper, makes an appearance in the issue.


Justice League of America: Killer Frost Rebirth #1: Besides cameos from Harley Quinn and Killer Croc, Mr. Toxic and Batman make an appearance.


The Kamandi Challenge #1: Kamandi happens to have a poster of Batman on his wall in the beginning of the issue.


Sixpack and Dogwelder: Hard-Travelin’ Heroz #6: Batman makes a brief cameo in the issue.
