Below you will find brief descriptions of this week’s comics along with the ratings. Below the main TBU titles will be the DC Universe specific titles that feature characters from The Batman Universe. Rather than giving in depth reviews for those titles, we will be describing what happens in the book involving TBU characters and how it possibly impacts the story.
Main TBU Books
Batman #22: Batman and Flash arrive in the Flashpoint timeline to see that Thomas Wayne is about to meet his end from events that took place during the Flashpoint series. As Batman and Flash depart back to the current timeline, a touching moment is shared between Thomas and Bruce. -Matthew 4.5/5
Nightwing #20: Nightwing deals with another attack from Deathwing all while he believes that Damian was killed by D. Hurt. -David 2/5
Harley Quinn #20: Harley takes down the cannibals that have been plaguing New York City, while in the second story, Harley and Joker escape from Batman. -David 4.5/5

Bane: Conquest #1: As Bane tries to keep control of Gotham City’s underworld, he is led to face a new foe that takes him global. -Ian 4/5

Justice League #20: The League faces off a new threat as Flash gets stuck in a Groundhog Day style situation, reliving the apparent death of Jessica Cruz. -Jim 3.5/5

DC Comics Bombshells #26 (digital chapters #76-78): The Bombshell versions of Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, Kate Kane’s Batwoman, Maggie Sawyer, Crispus Allen, Renee Montoya, Selina Kyle’s Catwoman and Joker’s Daughter all appear in the issue.
Deathstroke #18: Batman makes a brief cameo in a flashback that Rose Wilson has.
Green Arrow #22: Black Canary continues to appear as a main character in the series.
Injustice #1 (digital chapters #1-2): The Injustice versions of Bruce Wayne’s Batman, Alfred Pennyworth, Joker, Damian Wayne, Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Orca, Calendar Man, Killer Moth, Clock King, Man-Bat, Victor Zsasz, Polka-Dot Man, Killer Croc, Magpie and Black Canary all appear in the issue.
Superman #22: As Batman is missing as is Damian after assisting to take down a giant squid last issue, Lois Lane uses her investigative journalism to come across a scheme that leads her to use a piece of the Hellbat suit and the Batmobile.
