The Source has posted the next preview piece of art for the Night of the Owls crossover. This one is again from Greg Capullo and is from the 1840's and will appear in Birds of Prey. He has this to say about the piece:

Now I’m thinking Jack the Ripper. Cloaks and lots of layers. A bird’s feathers are all layered. Perfect.
