Zack Snyder will have to be sure to put Ben Affleck on his Holiday Card list this year. The Hollywood Reporter has posted that Justice League 2 pushed back to accommodate Affleck’s take on the Dark Knight tentatively titled The Batman.
During the interim, Mr. Snyder will have the chance to finally bring his pet project The Last Photograph to life. Photograph is a war story from an original Snyder concept that follows a war correspondent in Afghanistan who is the lone survivor of an attack and the subsequent team-up with a Special Ops soldier searching for a family member. Snyder began work on the project following the success of 300 which means he’s been looking to make this happen for almost ten years. Apparently this is going to be the best Christmas ever in the Snyder household.
