RUMOR: Tynion to Take Over Red Hood and the Outlaws

Bleeding Cool is reporting that beginning with issue #18, Scott Lobdell will no longer be writing Red Hood And The Outlaws. It's being reported that current Talon writer James Tynion IV will be taking over the book with issue #18. But until DC officially announces this change, it should still be treated as a rumor for now.
