Below you will find brief descriptions of this week’s comics along with the ratings. Below the main TBU titles will be the DC Universe specific titles that feature characters from The Batman Universe. Rather than giving in depth reviews for those titles, we will be describing what happens in the book involving TBU characters and how it possibly impacts the story.

Detective Comics #935: As Batwoman takes the team through intensive training, Batman’s fight against the Colony reaches a critical point. -Ian 4/5
Robin: Son of Batman #13: With Suren Darga afflicted by a strange energy drain, Robin and Maya fly off to Russia in order to battle against a resurrected Den Darga. As Robin: Son of Batman comes to a close, Damian must come to realize who his true family is, and what it means be the son of the bat. -Ryan 1.5/5
Harley Quinn #29: Harley is on a mobster’s hit list and has to use some transformative automotive robotronics to fend off his attack. -Gerry 3.5/5

Justice League #52: As the world reacts to the death of Superman, Lex returns from Apokolips and decides to honor the fallen hero and take up the mantle of Superman as the new protector of Metropolis. -Bill 1.5/5
Teen Titans #21: This issue shows the battle of the Titans and the Brain. In the end they are victorious however, Red Robin is kidnapped by Amanda Waller of the Suicide Squad. -Jim 4/5

Suicide Squad Most Wanted: Deadshot and Katana #6: This issue concludes the stories of Katana and Deadshot. Katana defeats Kobra and gains a new friend in Halo. The Squad fails in their attempt to acquire the Soultaker Sword. On the Deadshot side, Floyd kills Evans to regain the title of Deadshot, he rescues his daughter and leaves her to rejoin the Suicide Squad.
Deathstroke #19: Slade is put in a situation where he agrees to swear allegiance to Ra’s al Ghul and the League of Assassins if they are able to save his daughter’s life. After Rose returns, Slade becomes part of Ra’s upcoming war with the realization that both Rose and Jericho have been recruited into the League as well.
