TDKR Rumor Mill: Announcement Coming?

So this is going to be a real quick rumor mill segment. It turns out that on Sunday night at the Golden Globes, the LA Times Hero Complex writer, Geoff Boucher, tweeted the following:

"At Golden Globes last night I ended the night in the valet line behind Chris Nolan and Emma Thomas and chatting about big things to come"

So could an announcement be coming from Chris Nolan and Warner Bros.? Well, it is only a matter of time. Casting should be wrapping up and pre-production is probably already underway. So it should be right around the corner.
