TDKR Rumor Mill: Police Chase?

Just a quick video that was posted today showing Batman making a quick getaway from the Gotham Police. It is interesting to note that when the Bat-pod gets to the other side of the street it almost appears that Batman is blocked in by the police. They really seem to be gunning for him this time around!
