Over the long Thanksgiving Day weekend for those of us in the states, there was a few new rumors/releases that hit the net.
Some of these may not be actually considered rumors, but confirmed information but none of them have been released or announced by Warner Bros.
First up, we told you about the Empire issue that has a huge feature on The Dark Knight Rises a little over a week ago. Well, it appears that a number of the images have made their way online for all to see.
By the looks of that last image, we can see that Bane has something more going on with him than a mask by the looks of his spine.
The other rumor/confirmation is from Paul Franklin, who is in charge of the visual effects for The Dark Knight Rises. Yesterday, he tweeted what could be the only conformation of which screens will show the prologue in front of Mission Impossible 4.
The Dark Knight Rises IMAX prologue will be released on Dec 21 with M:I4, but *only* in theatres with a proper film projector – no digital!
He later tweeted a link to the website where you can see which theaters use 70mm. You can check out if you are near a theater that will show the prologue here. Just look for the 1570 under format for the correct locations.
The Dark Knight Rises hits theaters on July 20, 2012.
