Zack Snyder recently spoke out about why Ben Affleck was picked as the new Bruce Wayne/Batman in the Batman/Superman movie and the motivations behind it.
“Ben provides an interesting counter-balance to Henry [Cavill]’s Superman. He has the acting chops to create a layered portrayal of a man who is older and wiser than Clark Kent and bears the scars of a seasoned crime fighter, but retain the charm that the world sees in billionaire Bruce Wayne”
The Batman/Superman (Man of Steel sequel) will come out on July 17th 2015.
