1770 Talon Design for Night of Owls

Yesterday was the design for 1660, and today it is 1770. The Source showed off another concept piece for the Night of Owls crossover. This one will appear in Batman and Robin. Greg Capullo shared this about the image:

Same approach as the 1660s owl, basically. I looked at that period’s military. I was happy to find less frilly stuff. Overall, the period looks more bad-ass, despite the stockings.
