Below you will find brief descriptions of this week’s comics along with the ratings. Below the main TBU titles will be the DC Universe specific titles that feature characters from The Batman Universe. Rather than giving in depth reviews for those titles, we will be describing what happens in the book involving TBU characters and how it possibly impacts the story.

Batman #17: As Batman and Bane come face to face, Batman is manhandled only to have it revealed that it was a distraction for Catwoman to free the Bat-Family being held hostage. -Matthew 4/5
Nightwing #16: Blinded by some internet conversations on who will become the next Batman, Damian heads to Bludhaven to confront Dick. Meanwhile, Dick gets a phone call from Shawn that could change his future. -David 4/5
Harley Quinn #15: As Harley deals with Zorcrom, Atlee enlists the help of Power Girl as future plots are hinted at which includes everything from vampires eating the homeless to a character from the future who battles in arenas wand is inspired by Batman. -David 3.5/5

Justice League #16: The members of the Justice League are spread out in different time eras all facing their own problem. While Batman and Superman work with Infinity Corporation the threat of the Timeless is revealed. -Gerry 3.5/5

DC Comics Bombshells #23 (digital chapters #67-69): Batwoman, Selina, Renee, and their friends meed Wonder Woman and her foe the Baroness. We see a flashback, to Lex Luthor attempting to convince Diana that Kate Kane is a threat to her allies. In the present, Diana leads an assault on the Baroness’s mech. Hawkgirl asks Renee how this divine technology became so corrupted, and Renee doesn’t know – her questioning leads her to believe it’s from another world. Hawkgirl interfaces with the machinery, to Renee’s dismay, and discovers her own alien origin.
Injustice: Ground Zero #7 (digital chapters #13-14): As Harley wrestles with the idea of killing the Joker or setting him free, Superman announces the execution of Batman. Meanwhile, Deathstroke teams up with the Alternate Earth Cyborg against the Regime.
Superman #18: Tim Drake appears locked in one of Mr. Oz’s cells as it is revealed that someone has escaped his custody.
Super Powers! #5: While Batman and the Justice League deal with a Brainiac version of Superman, Darkseid arrives in Gotham City to encounter Joker, Commissioner Gordon, Robin and Batgirl.
