Although we heard about Penguin a few days ago, now there is more solid confirmation by Rocksteady that the character will in fact be in the game. Rocksteady posted the image themselves on their Facebook page. The UK version of PlayStation magazine has hit stands and features this cover.
In addition to the cover, the magazine shared a few new details for the game as well. The Penguin is running Gotham’s Natural History Museum and has been in “Arkham City” from the start ignoring Mayor Sharps requests to leave the area. Also the magazine goes on to say the Mr. Freeze is confirmed for the game as well.
Time will tell as E3 is right around the corner and Rocksteady will be certain to make a splash and bring more attention to the game as it gets closer to the release date.
