Tonight at the premiere of Batman: Assualt on Arkham, the slate for next year’s DC Animated films was revealed.
It was previoulsy revealed that the next film to release would be Justice League: Throne of Atlantis focusing on Aquaman and the story that first ran in the Aquaman series as part of the New 52. That film is scheduled to release in early 2015.
The first film annouced at the premiere was Batman Versus Robin. Very little details were given about the film, but it is said to take place during Scott Snyder’s Court of Owls story arc. This film will most likely be released mid 2015.
The final film of 2015 will be Justice League: Gods and Monsters. This film will see Bruce Timm return to the DCAU with an original story as producer. This film will most likely be released mid to late 2015.
Batman: Assualt on Arkham releases July 29.
