The hype train leading up to the launch of the DC Universe streaming service is making a stop at this year’s San Diego Comic Con in the form of the DC Universe Experience, an interactive exhibit that guides con goers through locales based on the original shows coming to the service. IGN is reporting that among the activities are a tour through Dick Grayson’s loft from Titans, the Doom Patrol lab, the swamps of Swamp Thing, the Watchtower of Young Justice and a chaos room from Harley Quinn’s animated series. Also featured will be an area based on the Court of Owls, which should make Batman fans very happy.
The experience will also include the unveiling of rare artwork and memorabilia. No word yet on if clips from the shows will be aired during the event.
You can pre-register for the DC Universe Experience at the official website or plan to wait in line. The event runs Thursday through Saturday between 9:30 a.m. PT and 7:00 p.m. PT, and Sunday between 9:30 a.m. PT and 5:00 p.m next week in San Diego at the Hilton San Diego Gaslamp Quarter.
