Bleeding Cool is reporting that the producers for Gotham could very well be having a "Joker" in every episode of the first season. The idea is that the Joker could be any of the people hinted at but is actually only one. It is already known that there is a comedian that will appear in the pilot episode played by Jon Beavers. The goal is to have unknown actors playing throw away roles in each episode leading us to believe that Joker could be any one of them.
