Batman writer, Scott Snyder, has posted via his Twitter account that he has considered writing a Two-Face story. While it might be a stretch to put too much faith in this being much more than speculation on his part at this point especially considering that some expect Snyder and artist Greg Capullo to finish their tenure on Batman with issue #50, Snyder addressed in his tweets that he had an idea for a new angle for using Two-Face and hinted that the character (who we last saw apparently committing suicide in the pages of February 2014’s Batman & Two Face #28 written by Peter Tomasi) could not remain dead forever. Below are the conversation that Snyder was having with his fans on Twitter in it’s entirety.
Been working out my take take on Two Face for a possible story. Something different, new angle. Pretty excited. We’ll see!

Been rereading a lot of Two Face stuff to prepare. Think this’ll be something you guys will like. Haven’t seen him approached quite this way

Not interested in villainizing mental illness. Joker is evil, not ill. Two Face will be about another type darkness https://t.co/5QEUWimqYM
