With the heavily anticipated release of “The Dark Knight Rises” just around the corner (July 20th), who isn’t talking about Batman? As Christopher Nolan prepares to release the third installment of his extremely successful contribution to the long beloved franchise, Batman culture is as alive as ever. What sets the Dark Knight apart from all of our other favorites is just how human he is. Sure we like to dream that we could fly like Superman, or imagine reading and controlling minds like Professor X, yet with Batman some could see themselves doing the Dark Knight’s work after acquiring a number of gadgets, a fast vehicle, and a righteous costume designer.
You’ll need to do some digging to find the necessary ‘Bat gadgets’, and let’s face it, you’ll be coming more than out of pocket if you want to drive the latest sports cars being compared to the Batmobile. But you can at least sport the Bat logo and all of the latest designs in the form of a kick-ass Batman t-shirts.
