Below you will find brief descriptions of this week’s comics along with the ratings. Below the main TBU titles will be the DC Universe specific titles that feature characters from The Batman Universe. Rather than giving in depth reviews for those titles, we will be describing what happens in the book involving TBU characters and how it possibly impacts the story.
Main TBU Books
Batman #10: Two stories are told with the first dealing with Batman and his team storming Bane’s base of operations. The other story focuses on how Catwoman has racked up such a large death toll. -Matthew 2/5
Nightwing #8: Dick Grsayson tracks down Raptor who is holding Bruce Wayne hostage. After learning more about Raptor’s motivations, Nightwing takes him down swiftly. -David 3.5/5
Harley Quinn #7: Harley’s cover as a band mate is blown when she heads to a club owned by the Penguin. After getting to take out the other band, the story wraps up. -David 4/5

Catwoman: Election Night #1: Selina Kyle navigates the twisty workings of Gotham’s Mayoral campaign as she tries to save Miss Kitty’s Home for Wayward Girls. -Gerry 3.5/5

Justice League #8: A bit of computer code causes the Watchtower to fall from Earth’s orbit while the same code takes over Batman’s vehicles in the Batcave. -Paul 4/5

Cyborg #4: Once again, Batman appears alongside the rest of the Justice League in Cyborg’s nightmare.
DC Comics Bombshells #19 (digital chapters #55-57): A Bat-Family heavy issue as “The Batgirls Fly by Night.” A new villain, The Reaper, attacks Harper Row and her Batgirls as they protect Mayor Harvey Dent. A refugee from Europe, Reaper seeks revenge on Nazi Hugo Strange and his American collaborators. The Batgirls insist on forgiveness and restoration instead of vengeance and death, even as Harvey’s heroism scars half his face.
Green Arrow #10: On a transcontinental train ride along the ocean floor, Black Canary assists Green Arrow in stopping an assassination attempt.
Superman #10: In what appears to be the prelude to the Super Sons series, Damian Wayne and Jon Kent meet for the first time which includes appearances by Batman, Goliath, Alfred the cat, Nobody, Titus, Bat-Cow and Alfred Pennyworth.
