Although the solicitations for May were released last week and we have heard numerous times from Scott Snyder and Tony Daniel that the Night of Owls crossover would only be taking place in some of the Bat-books and not all of them, it seems that one more title has been added to the crossover.
Tony Daniel's Detective Comics will now be a part of the crossover according to The Source. The solicitation for May's Detective Comics #9 stated that Batman would be facing Mr. Toxic. That has seemed to change rather suddenly. While is is unknown as to why the series will be joining all but Batwoman in the Night of the Owls crossover, Batman group editor Mike Marts shared who Batman will be protecting. It seems that Jeremiah Arkham will be in the crosshairs of the Court of Owls and Batman will be protecting him.
A new cover is also sure to be released with the issue, although nothing has made its way online yet. It seems that Tony Daniel's comment about Batman not being able to be in more than one place at once is no longer true.
