Hate going to the store to unsuccessfully look for Batman toys? You can order different items online, but then you have to wait for them to be shipped and delivered to you! Well, those first-world problems are now a thing of the past! Warner Bros. Consumer Products has brought Batman to Toybox, the 3D printer for kids, to give you the ability to print your own toys from the comfort of your own home. And it’s not just Batman toys you’ll be able to buy. There will be IP characters from DC, Cartoon Network, Looney Tunes, Hanna-Barbera, Friends, Seinfeld, Polar Express, and Elf! Trying to figure out what Toybox is? Check out this video.
Toybox does look really cool, with high-quality prints and a wide variety of colors that can make up a ton of unique parts to assemble your very own toys. ToyBox works by buying a 3D printer and then heading over to their site to download plans for different items. The Batman items range from a Batarang to a Batcave computer, all the way up to a full Batman figure. In order to purchase the different project plans for each item, you purchase tokens (Toybox Bolts) that unlock the plans and allow you to print the parts of the project directly on your own Toybox 3D printer.
Take a look at the gallery above for all of the current Batman offerings from Toybox. As time goes on, Warner Bros. will release additional projects on the platform for even more of their properties. Be sure to head over to Toybox for more details and to check out all of the other items they are currently offering through their Toybox bolts library of projects. Is this something you would consider getting for a young one in your life?
