TV’s 1960’s Batgirl Yvonne Craig Passes

Yvonne Craig, best known to Bat-fans as the face behind the Batgirl cowl in the 1960’s Batman TV series, has passed away. Craig, who was 78, suffered complications from breast cancer that had moved on to her liver most recently. Craig was the first actress to play Barbara Gordon in live action. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the friends and family of Yvonne Craig. You will be missed.
