Saying Goodbye to Alfred

Sad news hit the internet today. Michael Gough has passed away at the age of 94.

Gough will be remembered by Bat-fans as the one constant in the first four Batman films by Warner Bros. Gough played Alfred as a father figure who knew how to deal with Batman's ongoing issues. And we will always think of the person who let Vicki Vale in the Batcave. I am joking of course as it did play into the story.

Our thoughts and condolences go to his family and friends. He will be missed. The Bat-Signal will always shine bright for him.
