The Batman: Theme and First Clip

It should not be any surprise that as we get closer to the release of The Batman, most of the discussion points on the show will revolve around the upcoming film. That is no different for this episode as the new theme for the film and the first clip for The Batman can be seen.

While we can’t play the theme for The Batman on the show without worrying about copyright issues, you can hear the theme for yourself here. Michael Giacchino has crafted something unique that stands out amongst the great Batman themes from past media incarnations. The bits of the theme heard in the trailers are just the beginning of what fans can expect.

The runtime for the film was also announced and it makes some of us optimistic while others are cautious. What information about the film can you interpret from just the runtime?

There was also a clip released for the upcoming film. While not through the typical official channels, it was never pulled, so it likely was released earlier than Warner Bros. was planning.
