WC: New DC Animated Film

Justice League of America-Tower of Babel

 

On Friday, during the premiere of the Green Lantern: Emerald Knights film at Wonder Con, Bruce Timm announced what the next planned film will be for the DC Animated line. The current working title is Justice League: Doom.

 

The story is loosely based off of the Justice League of America: Tower of Babel storyline and was written by Dwayne McDuffie shortly before his death.

 

The original story focused on Batman's knowledge of all of the superheroes weaknesses and that information is stolen by Ra's al Ghul who begins to take the heroes out one by one.

 

The film is expected to be the first DC Animated film released in 2012, which we can assume means a February-March release.
