Spike TV has announced the nominations for this year's Video Game Awards and Batman: Arkham City is nominated in ten different categories. That is the second most nominations for any game nominated. Here are the nominations.

The current run of Batman games had a love affair with the VGA's over the past couple of years. Two years ago, Batman: Arkham Asylum was nominated for Game of the Year and although lost out to Uncharted 2, the teaser trailer for Arkham City was revealed. And just last year, the first full trailer for the game was released during the award's show. What could this year bring? Well, one thing is for sure, the possibility of a lot of awards.
