DC has released the solicitations for ongoing titles for February 2015. And while there are no announcements quite as major as the revelations in the solicitations for January 2015, these advanced descriptions do see many goings on in all of DC’s Batman-related offerings. Batman #39 sees the penultimate chapter of “Batman: Endgame” with Batman continuing his battle with the Joker while Batman continues his fight with Anarky in the pages of Detective Comics #39. In Batman and Robin #39 (spoiler warning, if you missed the huge announcement in this title from last month) the newly revived Damian wrestles with his identity as a superhero with superpowers and the “Amazo Virus” arc reaches its conclusion in Justice League #39.
Other TBU characters see plenty of action in February as well with Dick Grayson battling the Fist of Cain in Grayson #7, Batgirl still fighting an impostor in Batgirl #39, and Selina Kyle pondering burning Gotham to the ground in Catwoman #39. In addition to these and other developments, February will see a Valentine’s Special issue of Harley Quinn in addition to the regular Harley Quinn #15 in which Harley wins a Valentine’s Day date with Bruce Wayne at a charity auction as well as new looks at the New 52 origins of Batgirl and Poison Ivy in the pages of Secret Origins #10. Also included in February’s TBU solicitations is Deathstroke #5 which will see a fight between Deathstroke, Batman, and Harley Quinn billed as “the most intense, brutal battle in the history of the New 52.”
