Powerless, the DC Universe television show featuring superheroes of the workaday world, is less than a month away. E! News has our first look inside Wayne Security, the Wayne Enterprises subsidiary that will be home to the characters that make up the new NBC office comedy.
The new 30-second spot features Emily Locke (Vanessa Hudgens), clinging tightly to a CEO-self-help book du jour as she enters Wayne Security for her first day on the job. Astute viewers will recognize that the book’s title, “Wayne or Lose,” seems to refer directly to a major player in the DCU.

From gadgets and gimmicks to the appearance of powered beings, it quickly becomes clear that Emily will have her work cut out for her navigating boss Alan Tudyk as well as co-stars Danny Pudi, Ron Funches and Christina Kirk.
