1980's Talon Design for Night of the Owls

The Source revealed a look at the Talon that will be appearing in Red Hood and the Outlaws. Editor Bobbie Chase shared these comments about the design:

Our Talon is from the 1980s, so I think it reflects a very modern look. Our character is also an acrobat, and Kenneth [Rocafort] did a great, dynamic job with the design.
