Video Game Voice Star to Provide Talent for Penguin in BAC

It was revealed today through CVG, that mega-video game voice star, Nolan North, will be providing his voice for Penguin in Batman: Arkham City. While you may not know who that is, chance are you have heard his voice in such games as Uncharted and Assassin's Creed.
