Today's video comes from the fine folks at College Humor. We will be showing off a number of their videos coming up, but this first one was just released recently. It is of course a spoof of the meeting between Batman and Scarecrow in Batman Begins.

How can I begin to describe the final installment of the Dark Knight trilogy? Well, let’s just get started.
With our returning cast members Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne/Batman; Morgan Freeman as Lucius Fox; Gary Oldman as Jim Gordon; and Michael Caine as Alfred Pennyworth, we are immediately reminded why we venture into the darkness of Christopher Nolan’s Gotham. We have several new faces joining the cast as well. Tom Hardy as Bane; Joseph Gordon Levitt as Officer/Detective John Blake;…

It has been quite sometime since we showcased a collection here at The Batman Universe, but with The Dark Knight Rises only days away, we saved this collection for the perfect time. I was first contacted by a fan, known as Haywire on the site TheRPF.com, about the viral marketing campaign that ran back in December. After talking a bit, I learned that he had a massive collection dedicated to the Nolan films. What you are about to see may blow your mind, so be warned.

Collider reports via Variety that Batman Begins will be converted to digital IMAX for the marathon leading up to the release of The Dark Knight Returns. Batman Begins was released in IMAX back in 2005, but this will be the first time it will be in digital IMAX. 2008. Doesn’t seem that long ago, but in some ways, it feels like it has been quite some time. And for the movie making arms of Marvel and DC, the road to 2012 could not have been different.
First, there was Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk. The first two salvos in Marvel Studios' pet project, of crafting a set of films that were interconnected and a shared universe, much in the same way comic books are.
Oh sure there were missteps along the way, Iron Man 2 was not the…

Ever wonder about how Batman came to be? Well, this quick history lesson should catch you up on why Batman is as popular as he is.
Batman was created in 1939 by artist Bob Kane and writer Bill Finger as a response to the success of Superman. Although Kane is considered to be the creator of Batman (and receives credit on all Batman comics published to this day), Finger did make several important contributions of his own. For example, it was Finger who influenced the look of the character. Not many…
