While the CW continues to expand the DC Universe on television with the addition to Supergirl this season to the network, many of the existing DC TV shows will introduce new characters. According to Entertainment Weekly, one of those characters will be Ragman, a Batman Universe character featured over the years in the comics.
Joe Dinicol, whose last role was on TV’s Blindspot, will play the character in Arrow this season. Ragman, whose secret identity is Rory Regan, will appear in the second episode of Arrow’s fifth season.
The only bit of information about the character given was:
Fresh from a personal tragedy, Rory hopes to find answers in Star City, where he ultimately crosses paths with Green Arrow (Stephen Amell).
